Error code 16 after new windows 11 update.

I've started having this issue too, I've tried many of the suggestions in this thread even turned on defender things that I had turned off already then turned on and off again just to make sure.  I did install the new EA app which caused issues with TS3 previously (different) which went away after removing that, hope someone finds a cure soon because I will have to remove every trace of TS3 and reinstall using my own discs and blocking EA/Origin access to the internet altogether along with no-cd, these apps cause so many issues with my TS2 and TS3 that I'd rather not have them the apps at all if it continues.
