Question

Expansion packs are not showing up in game and are greyed out in launcher. I did not merge my accounts at all, they just mysteriously disappeared - but in the EA app it says they're all installed. Really no point in playing for me without all of the expansions.&nbsp;

@beabarjon&nbsp; I've heard of packs not showing in the launcher, but grayed out is a new one.&nbsp; Could you please post a screenshot or two?&nbsp; Please also let me know where and when (more or less) you bought the packs.
