Expansion packs showing as not owned

Hi there!

I’ve been a huge simmer for 10+ years and have the sims 3 and 4. I owned every expansion for the sims 3 and some were downloaded on origin and some were physical discs. I got a new computer so I went to boot up the game for the first time in a while, and 5 expansion packs that I downloaded are missing. EA says I dont own them. Unfortunately, I dont think younger me knew how to register them on the sims 3 website so it says I dont own them there either. Ive tried resetting my cache, restarting, logging out of EA etc. Ive also tried contacting EA support chat but an agent never shows up. Is there any way to get them back?

    Unfortunately my old computer broke so I can’t access anything on it. Is there anything else I could do?

    0987654321gram​  Without access to the codes, and without any evidence that they're tied to your account, no, there's nothing you can do, sorry.  You could of course try contacting EA customer support, but without the codes, a support rep would have no way of trying to dig up the info about your DLC.

    It's not what you want to hear, but Sims 3 content is 50% off in the EA App and Steam right now, if you're interested.  You'd need to rebuy the base game on Steam though, as it's not possible to buy any DLC without a copy of the base game registered to your Steam account.
