Do you have a ts3w.exe or any exe at all ?
It should be in the game\bin folder
In the Game/Bin folder that's in the Electronic Arts folder, all I have are two icons. The one for playing the game and the one for uninstalling it. But they're only the icons; there are no exe's.
In the Game/Bin folder in the Origin Games/The Sims 3 folder, I ahve an exe called TSLHelper which does nothing. In the main Origin Games/The Sims 3 Folder, I have two exe's. IsSetupHelper, which does nothing, and Sims3Setup, which I used to install the game.Then I would say it did not install correctly.
When you say reinstall, did you clean your registry before doing that or is it the first time installation on that computer ?
What happens if you try to install again ?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I've even tried manually uninstalling it. I've tried deleting my data, re-downloading the data and installing again. Each time, I get the same results.
(At the risk of sounding like a moron, what do you mean by "clean my registry"?)
EDIT: Googled it, tried it, still no luck. T__T
