[FAQ] Lags & Freezes

Can someone please help.  I first installed Sims3 in March 2012 using Amazon it was great loved it.  I then purchased Pets from Origin as they had a special offer and I was able to play that for awhile I had a lot of crashes but I stopped downloading with Origin and used the Amazon Launcher and was able to play or I would play off line.  Now I downloaded Ambitions from Origin and I might as well be dead in the water, It shows as installed on my Amazon Loader, AT FIrst THEN I thought I should have all my games on Origin as it was with EA, well my games loaded all right but now I go into my origin account, sign in, see my games at least pictures of them and as soon as I click the games icon I am Frozen completely, I have had to turn off my computer manually so many times it looks like a bomb went off in my History.  I have a nice Lenova Thinkpad Laptop SL410 have way more than half of my memory left to use I have windows 7 professional.  I thought Origin was supposed to help not mess up my computer, finally after removing any origin item on my computer and signing in as a guest I have been able to load my original Sims 3 game, of course forget about making a Sim it will crash.  And on Origin and Amazon it tells me that my Serial numbers are invalid.  I AM A FREAKING SIM MANIAC can anyone help me or tell me how to install my games again with the serial numbers i got when I purchased the games so I can play more than basic stuff.  The weird thing is Amazon and Origin both show the dates and amounts I paid for each game and the serial numbers, it just won't let me play.   HELP>>>>>>>>>>>>
