Hello.
I bought "The Sims 3" LAST NIGHT at "Steam Workshop" (online website) and when I get to the launcher of the game and click the big play button it appears an error message and says that I dont have the proper permission to play and dosent allows me to play MY NEW GAME, and I already redeemed my game code at the sims 3 official site.I just want to know if you can tell me what can I do to fix my game and be able to play for the first time on PC, I seriously haven't played even once!!
According to Steam Workshop, it is a legit page and they sale the actual game, not illegal copies of it.
PLEAS tell me that you know what to do Im really desperate.
