Help. I transferred all my 'Electronic Arts' and 'The Sims 3' folders from my local disk C to local disk D. I thought it would work since I needed space for my C drive. Now it won't. Could you please please help me to get my The Sims 3 back? :'( I don't know what to do anymore...I tried transferring the files back to C but it just wouldn't work. Help please :'(
You can't just transfer files. You need to uninstall the game and then reinstall it.
Hello! Can you please help with the same error for Sims3? We've just bought a new laptop with Windows 8.1 and can't start neither the game itself (gives error "PC doesn't support the app") nor the Launcher (nothing happens when click on it or run as administrator).
We had Sims 3 with all extensions working OK on previous laptop with Windows 7. Change compatibility doesn't work as well. Any suggestions please?
