The game is currently not compatible with the new iOS Firmware 9.1 or Android Version "Marmelade".
I have already reported the bug to EA Mobile Section. Many users of my community has the same problem.
I'm sorry to hear that, unfortunately I have no good news to report. I'm not sure whether there will be fixed, because the game is already too old?!
Let's see what EA Mobile does!
