Good day, I would need some advice. I have bought The Sims 3 along with addons through Steam. I log in to thesims3.com via EA, but I cannot register the game there. When I enter the code from Steam, it gives me an error. What should I do to be able to register the game, and I would like to buy Dragon Valley and SimPoints.
baraha86 You'll need to contact EA customer support to fix this. Take a screenshot of your Steam game library showing Sims 3 and your codes; you can upload this when you request help or during the chat.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email or the chatbot. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.
