"Game saved with expansion pack data that is no longer present on this system"

Hi everyone! I only wanted to get my old Sims' names and traits back and restart my old games from zero but the saves are greyed out with the "Cannot load this save game. It may have been saved with expansion pack data that is no longer present on this system" error code even though I have the exact same content. All fixes found online didn't work (uninstalled/reinstalled everything, removed the .backup from the saves' names, replaced the meta.data file from working games, removed the 5 .cache files from the Documents/Sims 3). I really just want to get their names and possibly traits back mainly, I don't know if there's a way I could get that information somehow? I unfortunately didn't add these specific saves' Sims to the main page where I could just place them on another lot.

    uzhdr97aslf7​  Have you confirmed that all your expansions and worlds are loading in-game?  Please start a new save and check.  Stuff packs shouldn't make a difference.  But a missing Store or custom world would also cause this issue if your save took place in that world.
