roaring heights is a world you redeem the code in your the sims 3 account then go to your sims 3 purchase history to download the world and install it once installed it'll be in the main menu +new game to select the world to play in it you will still play from whatever game you normally play from

the world will not be in your origin my games tab as it is a store item

if you redeemed the code in your origin account instead of the the sims 3 account it can make the code invalid IF that happened you'll need to contact CS
