Generations Bug Thread - Please see compiled list on first page before posting.

I'm getting an error code 12 and I'm unable to save my game no matter what files I delete or what I save my game as. From looking in the tech section of the forum, this has been an ongoing issue since 2009 and it still doesn't seem to be resolved. This was never a problem before Generations and the patch. I think this problem has resurfaced due to the patch.
