A few things (some may have already been mentioned...)
The teen prom was mentioned before I sent my teen to boarding school. She left boarding school to come back for it but then I was stuck with her in a sort of limbo, couldn't sent her back to normal or boarding school. And she didn't go to the prom. The limo showed up, she got in and then came running back home. :(
An issue with jobs. Romeo Rake's career week continually indicating that he needed to go to work in an hour and then when he did - he just stayed there, I had to manually bring him home. He was a triple agent.
The parents mini break vacation reset was very annoying - I lost 6 days worth of expensive spa treatment. Funnily though it happened when the parents had just had a newborn and a toddler in the house - so no teen parties happened, she was rushed off her feet. Luckily the Butler was there.
Had a party where the mixologist left because she didn't like one of the house sim's reputation. When she went home the Butler (who had been working properly) also vanished. When re-hired, his relationship with all family members had fully reset.
I also had the message that Sim kids had skipped a day of school on a day where an excursion had been planned, despite being at school. The excursions were hit and miss, quite often they didn't go on them - not sure if maybe that's my fault.
