Gift Cards In canada

Hey I bought EA gift Card in Canada cause I live in Canada and I'm Trying to use it instead I get "Sorry, this code can't be redeemed. Your EA Wallet is only valid in the country of the first EA Cash Card you redeemed. You can't redeem cash cards in more than one country.' The Code is 9 digits long so I'm curious what do I do to add them to my account in Canada, So I can play games in Canada Cause I live in Canada. A little extra info I am using a Mac which Origin is saying they work with now.

    If you're getting an error with your cash card, we'll need the live support team to review the card details with you to see what's causing this error for you- here on AHQ, we don't have access to these details to investigate into this further.
