Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

hello, I purchased the dragon Valley last week and my other purchases worked to where I can play them however, for some reason Dragon Valley says that “I own this add-on” (in EA APP), but it has nothing to click on in order to play it.

When I load Sims 3, it is not showing up in the installed packs or anything either. This is unfortunate because I really wanted to play with the dragons..
