Need version for packs
Hi, I need the PC Versions for Sims 3 Worlds Bundle and Sims 3 Supernatural, since the download button doesn't appear.

liammerrill Please clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and then try again to download Supernatural, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
For the Worlds bundle, you'd normally redeem the codes you received (via email) on the Sims 3 Store site, as described here:
