@MelaninBree The dxdiag makes the issue clear: Sims 3 is crashing because the Intel graphics driver is crashing. Since you already have the newest driver available from Acer, you'll need to clean-uninstall and reinstall it, as described here:
You can get a fresh copy of the correct driver, in the VGA category and dated August 14, 2023, from Acer:

If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
@puzzlezaddict Hello, I tried doing this last night and my old intel drive was still on my PC. I even read the instructions you sent me, and watched so many youtube videos. The YouTube videos didn’t help, do you know if there’s another more detailed guide for me to go off of? Sorry if I’m being a nuisance, I just want my game to work but nothing is helping me.

@MelaninBree What part of the guide is difficult to understand? If you're stuck on a particular step, let me know which one and why. The guide was written specifically for people who aren't familiar with DDU, so it's as detailed as it reasonably can be, but perhaps some part of it could be explained more easily.
I have no idea where to find a YouTube video that doesn't skip steps or add extra complications.

@puzzlezaddict I downloaded DDU and I always hit safe boot and do the clean restart, but every time I boot the computer back up the same drive that I had from earlier is still installed. So if the point is to remove this drive and add another graphics card, would I hit clean and shut down instead?

@MelaninBree Are you taking your computer offline before running DDU? If not, Windows will try to install a graphics driver for you.
