help: Celebrities are missing after new expansion packs

Hi!

I used to have Late Night, World Adventures and Supernatural. There were celebrities and paparazzi in Sunset Valley, for example Landgraab family was celebrity by default and paparazzi were everywhere. yesterday I had to downgrade my Mac to Mojave and I downloaded the sims 3, late night, world adventures and supernatural again. but additionally, I purchases university life and generations. after I downloaded all of the expansion packs I have, I found out I don't have celebrities and paparazzi in sunset valley anymore ☹️ . the celebrity journal wasn't even available in sim panel. however, things like clothes, furniture are available in sunset valley but there is no celebrity system. the late night icon is available in game launcher. the game starts smoothly. but there are no celebrity and paparazzi ☹️ 

what should I do? please help ☹️ 

I use MacBook Pro retina, Mojave.

    @yaprakbalci  Is this a new save or an old one that used to have celebrities?  Did you happen to disable celebrities in the game options, or did you maybe download a mod that affects how celebrity points are earned?  If you do have mods and aren't sure what they do, please list them.

    Hi, thank you for reply. Old one used to have celebrities. Yesterday I reset my Mac, and re-install sims 3 and expansion pack, and today I wanted to play the game but the celebrities and paparazzi are gone ☹️ 

    No, I didn't disable celebrities in the game option. And I didn't download mods, I don't even know how to download mods ☹️

    @yaprakbalci  I don't need screenshots; your description makes it clear what you're seeing.

    I'm not sure that celebrity points are supposed to be granted immediately in a new save, at least not in a fully patched game.  It's possible that you need to play for a bit before the game recognizes that some sims meet whatever standards exist for celebrities, or else makes some new celebrities to meet the minimum number the game expects.  So please let the game clock run for a sim-day or so and see whether your save gets any new celebrities.

    Please also double-check that the celebrity function isn't disabled.  I don't think it should be, but stranger things have happened.  The setting is with other gameplay options.
