HELP, how do I contact the support

This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have looked for over a **bleep**ing hour for some support, nobody will pick up the phone, there is NO chat button anywhere

Nobody is replying to me, there is no support, there is nothing.

I want an EA rep to contact me ASAP, and I want my money back.

There is no help ANYWHERE to contact somebody in person!

Absolutely horrendous customer service!

    I just tried to contact an EA Game Advisor on https://help.ea.com/contact-us and it worked perfectly fine. There are several things that you should keep in mind.

    1. Log in with your Origin ID. You can see if you are logged in at the right-hand side at the top of the page:

    2. Make sure that you choose your country. You can do that at the bottom of the page:

     


     

    3. Choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options:

     


    After that you will see links to some helpful articles and the contact options that are available for you at the moment:

     


     

    As you can see I have all three options available for me.

    People tend to lose their minds after there has been an installation issue with each and every single expansion they have ever purchased.

    The Live Chat person almost didn't give me any help due to the fact that there was wrong account information somehow, and literally almost just cut me off. I had to beg for him to take my payment info, so you guys almost just took my money and ran.

    Did he fix my problem?

    Yeah, after 30 minutes of going to the higher ups.

    I had to kick and scream just to be heard as a customer who had legit bought something.

    This helped in showing me that you have to use very specific selections to be able to get to the live chat option.
