House without the mailbox.

ctrl+shift+c hold all three together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in testingcheatsenabled true (hit enter) then again ctrl+shift+c then type in buydebug on (hit enter) then go to buy mode sort by function you should then see a ? click that then in the last tab miscellaneous you will find a mail box place it on your lot turn the cheats of in reverse order ctrl+shift+c then type in buydebug off (hit enter) ctrl+shift+c testingcheatsenabled false (hit enter)
