What does the icon look like? Does it still show the Outlook icon? Are you able to right click on the file and read it just like a .txt file using edit?

At some point and time it appears you've assigned the .cfg file extension to open with Outlook instead of Notepad. It will be hard for me to explain on this forum how you need to un-do that. But let's see if this worked. If not, well come back to it... I might have to think about how I want you to do it.

What do you have in the Packages folder?
