How to install Sims 3 onto Windows 10 new computer

So I played Sims ages ago, computer died. Got a new computer that wasn't powerful enough to run it, didn't play. Just got a brand new computer with Windows 10. I can't seem to install it with the dis...

ETA: the error I keep getting is

And I've had the computer troubleshoot for compatibility and it doesn't seem to help.
