hmm, maybe run your CC through Delphy's Dashboard just to make sure there are no corrupt files.
Sometimes even the safest CC isn't. Do you have any sims3pack files in your launcher? Check for any bad CC there.
Other than that, all I can suggest is to test each CC in game. It's tedious and time consuming, but it may help.
Or, some mods/CC conflict with other mods/CC. Start with the last one downloaded and work backwards.
