Sims 3 Worlds Bundle: Monte Vista Code not working

Hi all, I've been having some issues with my purchase of The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle. Specifically, issues with the game code for Monte Vista already being redeemed. From my multiple attempts of troubleshooting when I first purchased the bundle back in 2023 to today having spoken to three different agents about getting the issue resolved. I was wondering if any one would be able to help me figure this out. I am no longer eligible for a refund, which I don't want. I just want to be able to utilize the world since I don't want to just eat $10 dollars. I somehow have access to Hidden Springs and the Chocolate Fountain, but not the Monte Vista world. The most recent agent I spoke to suggested posting here to get the word out that this is going on and I hope from the research I've done that either this has been figured out by the community or that this issue can be corrected at a higher level.     Heya BlooTears​,

    You'd still be eligible for a refund on this with the code being auto-redeemed before you could use it. Do you still have the original payment method on your account that you purchased this bundle with?

    Hi EA_Solaire​ , I unfortunately do not have the original payment method that I used for the purchase. I apologize for the long-winded story but when I first made the purchase in 2023, I contacted support and that wasn't offered at first with the agent I spoke with for some reason and unfortunately I gave up at that point and forgot about it. This year I got back into playing The Sims 3 and I realized recently that I still didn't have access to the pack. During my recent attempts at contacting support, I was told I could get a refund but I don't have access to the original payment method so they would leave a notice with the higher ups and hopefully someone could get back to me. Honestly speaking, I don't want the refund. I would like to be issued a new game code for the world since it has some cool gameplay mechanics that I'd like to play with, and especially so because the card I used for it I no longer have access to.

    BlooTears​ Thanks for the details on this! I'm afraid live support no longer has a way to replace these world codes or grant the world to your EA account- in the event that your code was auto-redeemed, a refund on the purchase is what we'd look into. However, a refund is only able to be submitted back to the original payment method, so if that's been removed and you no longer have that card, the refund would fail.
