S3PE keeps freezing no matter how small a group I make to merge. I end up having to force shut down the program, and there IS a file saved from it, but for all I know it's corrupted. Am I just being impatient? Is there another program I can use for this?

ETA: Ah, the answer is that I'm being impatient. I don't get any sort of loading page while it's saving; it just thinks it's frozen.
