How to recover my lost Sims 3

I used to play The Sims 3 a long time ago, and I also have 18 expansions. Now I want to play it again. I installed the EA app, previously I had Origins. The problem is that when I go to redeem the code, I find the game, but when I click confirm, it says it's already been redeemed. When I searched for the game in the search bar, it didn't say install, but buy. So I deleted the game folder from my computer, did the EA app recovery, and went to the official The Sims 3 website, but I can't reinstall my game.

 

I'm absolutely sure the email I used previously is the same one I used to log in again.

 

Please help me, I'm desperate!!!!!

    Usually in cases like this, the problem is caused that you're using the wrong account to log in. I know that you're sure that it's the right one, but just if you have any other email addresses that you might have used to make an account with us, I'd recommend trying those to see if they have your game on them.

    If that still isn't working or if you really can't find the right account, try reaching out to our live support team. They should be able to use the codes to help you find where you redeemed them.
