@4f227bffdfe9650d There may be a way, depending on how you overwrote the file and whether you saved more than once. Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Saves, and you'll see a folder for each save plus other folders with the same names and .backup extensions. If you rename a backup and delete the .backup extension (e.g. SunsetValley.sims3.backup becomes SunsetValley1.sims3), that will be available to load at the Main Menu. So try whichever backups you think might be relevant here.
The problem is, each time you save your progress with a given save name, the previous save state's data becomes the backup, and the previous backup is deleted. So you can only save once without permanently deleting anything.
