I am unable to redeem my Sims 3 Showtime Product Key.

I recently migrated everything around to a new PC and onto Origin, all my other expansions I was able to redeem their codes and begin downloading, however I get an error saying the code has already been redeemed. This is a store bought copy of the expansion and it is the only one giving me this type of error of all 12 my stuff packs and expansions.

  • @k0bra3eak  Is it possible you already linked Showtime to a different Origin or Sims 3 store account, maybe back when you bought it?  (I take it the pack doesn't show up in your library.)  If not, then it's probably one of those mistakes that happens occasionally.  To get it sorted out, you'll need to contact EA customer support so that someone on that end can take a look at your code.  No one here can access your account details, much less correct them.  The second photo you provided would be very helpful for the chat, provided the support rep can see the actual code.
