To find out go to this folder: documents\electronicarts\theims3\contentpatch and find a file called contentpatch.package. It should be around 7.78 MB in size.

I've found number 1 (contentpatch.package) and it was about 7.94 MB.

And I've found Sims3LauncherLogFile.log too but I open it with Text Document and when I open it I see nothing.

Can you give me more suggestion and tell more about Sims3LauncherLogFile.log.

Yes its empty and when I open it I see nothing write there.

My operating system is windows 7 ultimate 64bit and my RAM is 8G.

I never had this problem before and I installed all Sims store but for this store pack I have problem.
