I can't register an account with ModTheSims. Can anyone help?

Hi.  I apologise now as this is not directly a sims problem.  I have been trying to register to get an account on the ModTheSims but I keep failing the mini test.  I am dyslectic, partially sighted, ...

I cant either, it now wont let me "Too many incorrect registration attempts from the same IP address. Registration denied."
