I purchased a code from the EA app and it wone let me redeem it...

Question

I just purchased a code for the sims 3 roaring height gold edition. When I went to redeem the code on ts3 store, it said that the code was already redeemed. I check the ea help pages, but it said to go back to the seller and get a different code (I can't find live chat for EA). Does someone know what to do now?

Make sure you're already signed into the EA help site and that your location is set to U.S. or U.K.&nbsp; It's fine if you're elsewhere; this is just about the language options.
