Re: Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

So about 3-4 hours ago I redeemed a code for Sims 3 and it didn't show up in my library. so I thought okay I'll just leave it for a hour and come back hour later I come back and it's still not in my library. I've went offline then back online it's still not showing up is there any way to fix this. because when I go on the store and go to Sims 3 it says I still have to buy the game.
