in cinematic mode, how do i get the camera to stop following my mouse?

hello all, i was wondering if there's a way to sort of get the camera to stay still while in cinematic mode? i'm unsure if this is a common thing but whenever i'm in cinematic mode, my camera can never stay still. it's a not a drifting issue, thankfully. i know in TS4 there's a way to make the camera stay still. i'd like to know if there's a key to make the camera stay at a certain point.
