I have The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle disk for PC. I can't get an option to put the code in for the game. I can't load the game onto Origin. The customer service is horrible and I need HELP. I haven't had this problem loading a game before.
Sims 3 worlds are store items. You need to redeem the code at the store in thesims3.com site. I think the world bundle disc is just a frontend for redeeming and downloading the worlds. Go to the store and redeem the codes. Then go to you purchase history and you can download the worlds from there. Click download and the launcher should open (you may have to select launcher). Thw world will download into the download tab of the launcher. You then have to install the world. After that the world should be available in a drop down on the game world (save) page.
