Intel® HD Graphics 4000
[ Spoiler ] I am looking to buy a new laptop. Is a laptop with Intel® HD Graphics 4000 compatable with the Sims 3 plus expansions.

I'm not good at graphic cards and especially with chips of the newer generations, I can't give you a definite answer but if you plan on installing most or all EPs, you're better served to get one with a dedicated graphic card instead of a chip.
Maybe someone else can help you out better though.
