Hi Crin,
No the IF is not in the relationship panel, I didn't make it real yet. It is normally in the toddlers inventory until she plays with it and then when she is done, it automatically goes back to the inventory. After the patch it just disappeared from the inventory, but the moodlet for making friends which she normally gets when playing with it is constantly there now. Normally it is a 5 hour moodlet. I don't normally bring the IF to life but use it all the time to keep the toddlers social and fun up.
