2. My entire kitchen has become unusable and I don't know why. I threw a Costume Party and tried having my Plumbot cook up some food on it, but it kept doing the "I can't route there" animation. No thought bubble was given to explain why it couldn't get to the kitchen. When I sent it to walk to the room, it walked there just fine, but it couldn't use any of the appliances despite having the Steel Chef chip. Tried reloading the save as well as rebuying the objects again; didn't fix the issue. The objects affected by this are the stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and in-counter sink.
I don't know if this will help you but I did the same thing as you did and replaced all of the appliances and it didn't work. I then started to replace one at a time and that is how I narrowed it down to the fridge. Maybe if you try to just replace only the fridge it will work for you too.
