It is called Cobweb Couture from Midnight Hollow and is still in my game.
Whilst checking, I thought I would also see if the very old salon bug is still unfixed and yes, it is still unfixed. Ages randomly change when using the salon styler. BUT I also tested several times with the tattoo chair and no ages were changed with that. Just thought you'd like to know :wink:
