@ZeekSlider: Seems this play pen issue is not related to ccmerged. Don't have details yet but you don't have to go through the process. Seems something is really borked.
@planettv: It's better if you post in tech and post your specs and all there.
@catloverplayer: Try reinstalling Midnight Hollow. Is this the only item you're missing ?
@Sorgentropf, kusurusu: Thanks. I don't think this is a bug as such but a problem of understanding how it works. It would be SO nice if a guru could clear this up especially since they do seem to read on here.

@janvel831: As I understood Zeek, they need the RoboNanny to take care of them which his Sim doesn't have. I might get that totally wrong though.

Adding tomorrow either in the afternoon or morning, depending on my time. I have two todos that I need to do tomorrow which I have been putting off. They will probably take all my morning to do. Not fun stuff.
