I haven't read every page, but in case the spiral stair routing issue still needs confirming, I can do so. I'm not using the hewnsman, but the modern one (I can't remember the name, and it certainly worked just fine before. Tried replacing it, still doesn't work. It's not too near a wall either - like the previous post-patch issue.
Another problem I haven't seen posted on here (forgive me if it is and I missed it) is that the basement of one of my houses in Sunlit Tides is now full of water. Again, wasn't the case before. I moved the house to another lot, and on the next re-opening of the save, it was flooded again.
I haven't noticed any other issues yet (but that's probably because my sims can't get up or downstairs and have to swim in the basement.)
