I am also experiencing the color change in my windows and mailbox in dragon valley except my hue is blue instead of green like sam_is_great. I tried changing the colour of the mailbox and it worked. It did not work for the windows and when I deleted some of the walls, a few objects in the room also turned blue. When I put the wall back, they became their normal colour again. And also the metal part at the top of the chimney was also blue.
Also I had a bug where a room in one of my clubs was blindingly white! I realised that the strobe light was causing the problem and just deleting them fixed everything. They were hard to find because they also turned white and were hard to pick out against the white background of the room they were in. I was able to buy and replace them and they are working fine... so far.
I know the first problem is already listed but just thought I would share what I found.
