Many users that have bought Showtime are not able to download the Freestyle DJ Booth that comes as registration award. You'll get a message that you need to register Showtime although it shows as registered on their myPage. This is a issue which EA was able to duplicate and is now trying to fix. Please bookmark this thread for an update on what to do once it is. There's nothing you can do for the moment. @crinrict: thank you for all your help. Mine has been resolved. I have contacted a game advisor via chat and they fix it. I believe the issue is that it doesnt seem to recognize that i have already registered the Showtime. So they registered another Showtime game to my account.

So I just recently purchased the Showtime Katy Perry Collerctor Edition and even though the expansion pack is registered I am unable to download the freestyle dj booth. It does not appear in the purchase history either. Can someone help?

Yes I have all day been trying to access it from there but everytime I try to download it I am told to register Showtime before I can download. The game is already registered

Hi I need a new redemption code for my free item it's not working. I ordered the katy perry sims 3 showtime collectors edition and it says I get a free freestyle dj booth but it's not letting me download it . I have been trying and trying for 2 weeks now and I have tried the ea live chat ...ha , joke it tells u 5 minutes then 5 goes by it says 5-10 and on and on and on till after an hr u hang/give up. Can I please get some assistance after all I did spend almost $200. Some service would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Does it show in your purchase history ? What error do you see when trying to download ?

So I bought a new edition of the Sims 3 Showtime Katy Perry Edition and I registered it on the Sims 3 Store, but even though it says it registered fine whenever I try to download the free DJ booth that you usually get with the game it says that I need to register my product. When I try again it says that the code has already been used which of course it has because I have already registered it!! Please help!!!

I am also having the same issue. it keeps telling me to register my game even though I did already. One time I even recieved an error message that said something like " Error dowloading OFB-Sim3:48451". What can I do?

What are you trying to download. Only the base game shows as registered on your public MyPage.
