[ISSUE] Unable to download Freestyle DJ Booth

Many users that have bought Showtime are not able to download the Freestyle DJ Booth that comes as registration award.

You'll get a message that you need to register Showtime although it shows as registered on their myPage.

This is a issue which EA was able to duplicate and is now trying to fix.

Please bookmark this thread for an update on what to do once it is.

There's nothing you can do for the moment.

I'm moving old threads in here but I'll update the first post once I know more.

For now, please contact a game advisor and ask them to add Showtime to your account again (thanks pinkieposh)

Game advisors can be found through live chat.

@crinrict: thank you for all your help. Mine has been resolved. I have contacted a game advisor via chat and they fix it. I believe the issue is that it doesnt seem to recognize that i have already registered the Showtime. So they registered another Showtime game to my account.

I know some of you posted a long while ago but I wanted to address you all so you know the newest info on this. I have merged all your thread into this one.

It's an issue on EA's side and they were able to duplicate it.

They are now working on a fix, so please subscribe to this thread. I will update as soon as I have more info.

So when are they going to find a solution for this problem as here it is july and seems that they haven't fixed it yet?

I contacted a Game Advisor and all she/he did was continually tell me it was an issue with my Game Launcher (which I know is NOT THE ISSUE). I am so frustrated. Even directed me to a page for Game Launcher issues and disconnected from the chat! I am currently waiting on yet another Game Advisor. 😕mileyfrustrated:
