Keys

I've lost the key to my game and I didn't register it when I first had it downloaded. I wiped my computer but now i can't install any of my expansion packs without the sims 3 and of course it's the only one I don't have the key for. EB games told me my best bet was to e-mail you guys and you can send me a new key. The barcode of my game is - [information removed for security reasons]  Please help!
