Mine is 500 MB. I don't play atm and the modified date is from 3/6/11. Since I've been trying out other peoples save games, I don't know what I did then or when I last deleted my cache files.

Also I'm using Any Game Starter so I have about 10 different setups. The one I'm talking about is my normal game that has all the mods I play with.
