Ok, I deleted cache files again and went back into my game. Here is a screenshot of the lot in which the towns folks are spawning to. I had deleted the night club that was there hoping it might get them to stop showing up but it didn't. As you can see, many invisible sims on this lot. I think this is the most invisible sims I've ever had in my game to-date.

As mentioned, this is yet another saved game to hit the trash!
