So that's now several people who found that Overwatch fixes the problems. I'm not sure I'm ready to use a mod... but for those who have no problem with using mods it might be useful if you'd try with just Overwatch installed and see if it fixes these problems consistently for more players.

Is it possible that all these glitches are really being caused just by excess cars in the neighbourhood? If so then surely EA can patch this fairly easily?
