Must be their place in VAncouver.
They dont do the Sims I phoned their Canadian office and they
just gave me the bums rush to the techinal support who cant help

I get it all the time when I look at
things on the exchange. Not that I download them except about
5 patterns but its another pain.
My game is updated and when you do what they say press update
its says Your game is totally up to date. I dont think the
right hand knows what the left is doing.
Be careful travelling I still get lag and the family tree
can become so messed and you cant get quests off the board
multi times.
Oh well I mean thats only been like for a year more or less
