Formatted my pc, installed Windows 7, clean install on all eps (except Fast Lane) with patches after each install and loading game after each install. No mods, hacks or custom content only Store downloads. Started one household with a basic 1 level house with small basement. Nothing super complicated or fancy.
My PC (laptop - ASUS N50Vn) is Windows 7 64bit, Intel Core2 Duo CPU T9400 2.53GHz, NVIDIA GeForce 9650M GT, 4gb RAM
Everything was going great got to about 7 or 8 weeks in and one family member got stuck drinking hot chocolate for too long with no benefit from it (I X'ed it out) then my butler started complaining about getting stuck behind invisible stuff, gradually it got worse and the family started having the same issue. Last night I opened the game and my vampire daughter was invisible and I couldn't click on her portriat. I do NOT want to lose her so I just exited the game without saving. Any suggestions on what I should do or should I just start a new town while I wait for an official patch from EA?
Random bugs I've had since installing Generations - huge memory issues including missing pictures, memories of things that never happened - going in the subway and getting a memory of the best hotspot or nightclub, etc - getting a memory every single time someone took a bubble bath or met a vampire - having to reintroduce myself to the butler every time I talked to him, computer games sound blasting louder than anything else in the game, etc.
