Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

I can't access public building like school or office building. Keep saying no public access. My sims can't got to school or work. This is first bug so I don't know what to do. Also my picture of my house disappeared when you go into the game. I tried to save household w/house but it is now corrupt and when I try to place house anywhere, my game crashes and shuts down.

can anyone help, I don't want to start over and loose everything I've been doing for last 3 months. thank you
